The chemistry is right!

Chemicals are used for the development of waterless printing plates. The consumption is, however, very low, since the pre- and after-treatment agents are located in a circulatory system. To enable to find the right chemical agent for every type of printing plate, we have the prepared a summary for you, which includes both machine and manual development.

The inside tip among plate cleaners: PW-neutral

PW-neutral is an excellent plate cleaner for two good reasons. Firstly, it has strong cleaning powers, and secondly it is exceptionally environmentally friendly. PW-neutral is biologically degradable. PW-neutral is suitable as a cleaning agent for UV inks, because it is not greasing and permits start-up without ink smearing, even with a washed plate that is still wet. Rubber blankets and printing cylinders can furthermore be cleaned without any swelling.

While washing cylinders with UV cleaning agents, re-cleaning with PW-neutral reduces post-toning. PW-neutral is a true all-rounder, when it comes to operational or housekeeping dirt. It is even excellent for cleaning aluminium rims!
